Sounds like it will need a rail system for infrastructure, especially for the minerals. so do you want to start a rail road. Probably good to research Vanderbilt and Harriman on how they built theirs.

Quick look. Enjoy a trip with Experiment to Rio. The place look like Miami. The Floridization of Rio is here.

City moved south. In a few years the old Rio -with its slums hangin up the hills- will languish and be history. Too busy enjoying. Will write more tomorrow night and on Wednesday.
