Most of his family has disowned him. He is said to still have contact with a few elements though. So he must have $Billions in a checking account to buy a nuke. And then he just flies around asking folks if they have a nuke for sale. And writes them a check, packs it in his bag, and flies it back to Pakistan and drives it up the mountain. Then when he has a plan he drives it down the mountain, checks it as baggage on a flight to NY, hails a cab and puts it in the trunk, drives it to his hotel and then sets it off. All very plausible. Wonder why it doesn't happen every week.
