note it was another 5 to 4 vote.. could it have easily gone the other way if bush hadn't gotten two conservatives on the court? next presidential election may change every thing on the court.

What is stunning is that 4 of the 9 Justices voted AGAINST the 2nd Amendment! It easily could have gone the other way. And very well could, depending who is making the appointments, and passing them...

It should have been 9-0.....
