Impeachment? I used to blame Nancy Pelosi for not having the courage to do that. Now I can understand why she does not go along with the people who want to hold the top guy accountable.

Bush and Cheney think they are above the law, and they will always test the law to the limit. Ethics? Forget it, that word is not in their vocabulary.

Let's see the scenario:

Impeach Bush. Senate trial. Convicted. Removed from Office. Cheney becomes President. On day one he pardons Bush. Bush is free. Day two he appoints Scooter Libby as VP.

Impeach Cheney. Senate trial. Convicted. Removed from Office. Libby becomes President. Day one: pardon Cheney. Cheney is free. Day two Libby appoints his crony as VP.

And the beat goes on.

That's why there is no impeachment even if Dennis Kucinich has suggested several times. It is not going to happen!
