IndyMac is basically a subprime lender. A lot of my foreclosure clients are IndyMac customers.

They have been the most reasonable to deal with attempting short sales and deeds in lieu of foreclosure.

Every time a subprime lender goes belly up it slows down the foreclosures, so fine by me.
