MFN / MFL - Hello Marcos, could you or someone else help me out with a MFL Spanish translation please!

Here is the gist of the matter, best as I can determine:

1) Agreement was signed between Ejido and MFL in 2006
2) New Ejido elections held in 2007 and the new ejido officers that were elected are trying to renegotiate the deal.
3) The new ejido officers and several of the ejidos (less than a majority of all ejidos) blockaded the road in late May and cited MFN not living up to agreement. The Mexican police broke up the bockade.
4) 4 meetings between the Ejido and MFL happened in June, and MFN does not appear to be making any concessions, saying a deal is a deal in regard to the 2006 agreement, and MFN has lived up to this agreement. (The issues cited by the Ejido are Pollution from the mine, Mine employment from local ejido not adequate, Housing not satisfactory, and yes we want more cash for our property in spite of 2006 agreement signed by prior officers of Ejido). My belief is MFN is living up to this 2006 Agreement, but several of the ejido arenot satisfied, and would like more cash.

Could you or someone else give me a better translation... Thanks.
