The PPS will rise on "real" contracts and a balace sheet that reflects "real" sales, not hyped Pr's or promo hype from that waste of money Gaskins.

At this point in time I would tell any potential investor to wait and see, like all of us should have done in the first place.

This is looking more and more like another jhole P&D.
'
But then if you are a "real" sucker I guess you would want to "scoop up some cheapie shares".

Me I will just wait it out until they either go BK or make it, at this juncture it ain't worth selling for the measily bit of cash it would generate.

Learned a lesson though, I wont ever put a penny in a penny stock, particularly if the P&Der jhole reced it.

Besides this piece of smoldering crap I'm also in one other jhole P&D RSHN and if stinks much worse than this does. The rest of current holding either long stock or calls are CHK, LDK, HK, SNG, GDP, leap 2010 puts on C and LEH until one of 'em goes down the swirly.

Dave.

xcentral, excellent post as always. I do think that since Americhip decided to go in-house with LACC after getting nowhere with licensing and integrating into customer manufacturing line, explaining the long delay in realizing revenue from using the process. And the reason for that delay, is clearly outlined in your Point #2.
I think Walter, and back then, Rossmann, were confident big auto makers and Oil Pipe were so impressed with process they were just going to sign off and install LACC into their factories. Clearly all the points you noted came into play so when Americhip changed course and started purchasing all that machining equipment, more lasers, new tech's hired and new sales staff, and most importantly, brought in Roger Pacquette, it was then to produce the parts in-house and prove LACC's worth as the low cost supplier. Which clearly they have begun to find success with.
Time was lost. Shares were issued and sold to finance.
And now it looks like LACC finally has a shot at proving itself once and for all.
No obstacles. Just meet the specs and let LACC competitive advantage take its course. Now we need to see the Eaton PPAP kick this thing into gear!,...
pun intended.LOL

Good post and I would love to see the longs here get back their investment. I'm still in this some but with real reservations. What do you longs honestly think of this, which I got out of the 10K:

If I read it correctly, there were the two 100 million warrants given to officer/directors and exercised last year. That's $2 million twice! Doesn't this really make anyone else uncomfortable and/or mad? What positive spin can one put on this that's even reasonable?

Financial/ Accounting practices would consider the "eat up" costs you mention as a sunk cost in comparison to the cost saving process of ACII/LACC as the favorable alternative and promote the change ASAP , Union contract problems notwithstanding.

xcentral, this particular post of yours is excellent.
and wouldn't it be something if the short term totally kills whats left of the share price and as you noted in this overview, the long term could very well be a homerun.
thanx
