This should be a Cycle Date on the Horizon for Mut Fund Inflows .. so the Specs may be front running the Expectation.

Then we go back to the Bear of Bear.

I am thinking that if More and More of the Total Float is Outstanding ..

Then the Spike in the VIX may not go as high as everyone is thinking.

And with Volume in the below average area .. I feel we just kinda .. Drift Lower.

I just have no clue as how to determine the Total Market Float Outstanding .. Especially if it has been Skewed by a lot of Share buybacks held by the Corp for the Corp.

Those won't be Protected .. they are Shelf Inventory.
