I agree with the philosophy but give the dire straits we are in, we need a demand kick to this economy as well. A point here and a point there wont wipe out the investor class. Can live with 20% cap gains and dividends, and two points on higest rates. As long as taxes collected in this manner are not spent by govt and are given as planned to lower and middle class folks who will spend it.

Its a liberal lie that the Bush tax cuts were only for the wealthy.

But its the portion that was for the wealthy that Obama will reverse.

I am opposed to reversing them and unless you want a severe recession, you should be too.

LOL. News alert: we're in a recession that grows deeper by the day and has very little to do with taxes. In the meantime, the gov't needs revenue badly. You tell me how taxing the wealthy appropriately by reversing the tax cuts will hurt the US economy any worse than it already is hurting?
