There is no affirmative action applied for the Bar Exam. Either you pass or fail on your own merits. The test is color blind.

He got those A's fair and square! Professors at harvard do not grade according to race. They grade according to the quality of the work. I doubt Obama's getting into Harvard had anything to do with affirmiative action. I think it had to do with the fact he was pretty much a strait A student his whole life! Anyone who listens to Obama can tell how smart he is. He is a very articulate person. And he is the principle writer of most of his speeeches unlike bush and Mccain who rely almost entirely on speech writers. Bush can hardly string two sentences together. Why would you even say such a thing? Why would you even assume Obama got in on affirmative action. Do you think that is the only way a black man or women can get into Harvard. Obama's wife also went to Harvard.
