Noticing lots of European charts now sporting a solid impulse down, into five waves off the top. Good example:




Kinda confusing given that 2002-7 sure look like an impulse up.



The only explanations would be either
a. this is just the first leg of a zig-zag correction
b. 2002-7 were a failed fifth wave

Given that some of Euroland *did* print fresh highs, like the U.S. did, I'm leaning toward explanation b.
