OIH... Yep... Looks like the low of a 4th wave of lesser degree occurred on May 1, near 187.

The COT on crude is fairly confusing. Commercials are long, and specs are short. Typically, this occurs near lows, rather than tops. Not sure what to make of it, though. Read that during the recent advance roles sort of got mixed up, with many specs getting recorded as "commercials" due to the mechanics of the trade. So, I wouldn't give to this much weight either way.

The more I look at the OIH the more it looks like an ED.

Grade SI .. Slight Inclusions like they Grade Diamonds. .. It has some Flaws. LOL
