Russia present leadership resent the West. Didn't take lightly losing the Cold War. Problem is: those -who resent the west- took the upper hand. Here in Brazil many in Lula's party resent the US but they were not able to take the upper hand. Brail is in it to get rich (or to be less poor). Not to teach anyone a 'lesson'. like Chavez.
