What is it? All I have seen is some vague handwaving that as we wind down the war, we start paying down the deficit. No numbers, no real plan. Just handwaving.

And that totally ignores the fact that much of the war funding is off-budget. And, thus, cannot close the budget gap.

Oh yeah, and the normal rhetoric about cutting waste in government. Again, no numbers.
