I wouldn't want to be part of that "insurance program." We already covered why SS isn't a savings vehicle, so it isn't an annuity. Lifting the FICA cap is the first step in turning Social Security into "welfare for the elderly." Something Obama might want to keep in mind, but probably won't. Tenchusatsu
