Ann...what I want is a BALANCED BUDGET. If a 3rd world country were run like the U.S. is being run with Massive Budget Deficits and Massive Trade Deficits, the IMF would tell them to Straighten Up and start flying right or their economies and their currencies would go DOWN the TUBES. Our currency IS going down the tubes. The USD used to be the gold standard, but now a lot of people around the world don't even want to take U.S. dollars. Our Country and our People are financing their existence on CREDIT and that's a recipe for disaster in anybody's History Book.
