how about you remove the income cap altogether and treat fica like medicare and reduce the rates for fica to make it rev neutral or just capture whats needed to keep system solvent for another 30 years.

trustees' statements notwithstanding. They've blown it at every turn, there is no reason to think they are going to stop now.
