In any event this will mean new phones, since one carrier does nto sell their phones to naother carrier.

So the revenue from chipset and roylaty should be true.

isn't there an installed base of low end PHS users on Telecom (over 50M) that may be targeted for conversion... as well as some 450MHz spectrum (that according to some, has used CDMA?)
