Any ideas on what gold looked like in term of the local currencies as interested rates started to get jacked up? I suspect POG continued to accelerated up (contrary to what most people would expect) because the interest rate hikes came too late to restore confidence in the currency. So how do we know if/when the US passes the point of no return where rate hikes are like spitting into the wind?
