Fanny and Freddie gets a Band-Aide placed on that pumping slashed artery.. No naked short selling without pre authorization. I am not a big fan of anything that restricts free markets and reduces volitility... But, will see what the herd thinks about it, gotta go with the herd, short term anyway.
