Where is a Bush conservation plan or program in place....and I'm not talking about CAFE standards....like everything else concerning the RW and oil it's all in the future but you pretend its now to schnooker the Neocon constituancy.... Everything you mention on "the supply side" is and should be considered.....but your solution is to pretend there is an unlimited supply....when you can show a way to reverse the domestic oil production curve you may have something. In the meantime , you plan is to overdraw the checking account. Hey, maybe a tax cut will solve the problem...
