The value of GO2Net at that time was about 38.22 per share---info gave GO2NEt stockholders 1.82 shares of Info.

The rest is history.

What the Merrill Lynch Class action will produce in pennies or dollars is anyone's guess ------as the class action is targeted to about 20 companies total that Merrill Lynch recommended during the class period with Infospace being one of the largest in percentage.

Funds get distributed in 4 to 8 months per the settlement attorneys. Courts have already ruled---matter of settlement attorney reviewing all claims and allowing or disallowing claims.
