I completely agree with you guys, the proof will be in actions, not words. However, I did find it encouraging for Cox to state there is a problem that needs to be addressed. I haven't really heard him spell it out that clearly before (not that I follow this issue real closely, so might have missed something). If nothing happens in a reasonable period of time, it will strengthen the argument by those who call for tighter regs: "Mr Cox, you stated there is a problem that needs to be addressed to assure fair markets, why have you taken no action?"
