<I don't call that borrowing; I call it a delusion.... "Spin">

No, it it's like a used car dealer with a buyer on one side of the lot for the "perfect" car that a seller just brought in. 2 clients, one middle man. Guys, shorting stock isn't a big deal.

<What's needed is enforcement of the settlement regulations.>

Absolutely... the SEC has been ridiculously lax for years on many issues.

<I still say that to talk about "naked shorts" is to deny the delusion. The brokerage houses don't need to borrow from anyone because they hold all the stock.>

That simply shows a complete ignorance of the situation. You should be talking about regulations pertaining to the broader issue of the so called "Chinese Wall".

Looks like the Terrane blow-through didn't go to friends and allies, if they're paying a finder's fee to the Anthem outfit ... it would be useful to see what other tickers those people have done the FT thing with, so we could compare the charts, get the Before and After pictures ... not that it much matters in this market, everything is pretty whacked and staying that way, i'd be surprised if we didn't see something of a turn in the next few weeks though
