Please. First of all, why do you use the phrase "demanded a job". Do you think that gay people don't just apply for jobs? Do they flounce in and demand them?

Second, if a person walks into a place of business to apply for a job, dressed in a Mardis Gras outfit, most people aren't likely to hire him or her. That has nothing to do with discrimination against gays or anyone else.
