Hey Jim, Looks like I'll be moving back to FL (my home State). Although I was born & raised in PB County I'll probably return to Indian River Cty...my last homestead before I left in '96. I've been on the realitytrac.com site checking out foreclosures & bank owned properties. Do you know if realitytrac is a reliable site...they show approx. 1400 properties. That seems like an incredible number for such a small county. Most are listed as "pre-foreclosure". What the heck is that, properties that are in arrears a month or two?? Best, Bill
