Trying to remember the details from Dr. Barron's talk, Condor.

He said the border is ill-defined and disputed, sometimes with troops, and it was against the law in Ecuador to even possess a map with the border marked on it.

Condor, "Do you know how far it is from ARU's southern most drilled hole to Doratos claim...or to the Peruvian border for that matter?"

Specifically, no. However the PR says the project area is 20 kilometers from Fruta del Norte. Further, ...

"Current exploration studies by the Company clearly demonstrate the area is an immediate extension of the prolific Ecuadorian precious and base metal district - host to the Mirador Porphyry District (combined mineral inventory of 25.4 billion contained lbs copper, 4.5 million oz gold and 30 million oz silver), Fruta del Norte (inferred resource of 13.2 Moz contained gold) as well as the Chinapintza and Nambija Gold Districts (to see Figures 1 & 2 please click on: media3.marketwire.com;

They also have a claims map at their Web site showing what they hold in connection with mines and projects across the border in Ecuador. See doratoresources.com It is not easy to read, but the company can send you a larger version.
