Maybe the border according to Peru is on ARUs claim. Are we talking a border 5 miles away?, 30 miles away, 1800 metres away? Reminds me of the time going through Guatemala to visit the ruins at Tikal and seeing the regiment(?) of troops all carrying large MF'n weapons and everyone seemed to be in about grade 8. Ni. in peril this morning. Marginal producers/wannabees (eg: FNI, CML) are going to take a major hit if the price doesn't u-turn fast and I don't think it will.
