I see you've never filed a tax return as anything other that an employee. You need a better dictionary. Talk to a CPA.

You just can't quit arguing no matter how ridiculous your position is. Now I need to talk to a CPA to find the definition of a basic English word?

Did I say you were employed full-time?

Taking consideration in exchange for rendering services defines the employer/employee relationship, not the friggin' method you use to file your taxes.

Contracting is a form of employment. A contractor is an employee. Someone who hires a contractor is an employer.

Did you consider yourself to be "unemployed" for 25 years while you "worked" for Intel?

<rolls eyes>

you may not be classified as an employee of intel for tax purposes but if intel has compensated you for your services (which you have declared) say with a 1099 then they've been your employer. your answer is classic phud bs hiding behind a legal terms where the question was whether you're getting paid by intel or not.
