He just wants the selfish government to sell off its reserve oil at a high price, then buy it back when prices are low, he will distribute the extra money to all of the Democrat leaders. Or buy off votes from the ignorant masses. If it were about the money, I could understand it. This is about pandering, plain and simple. There is no other way to describe it. The SPR gets us nothing.
