How can they move out of the country if we confiscate their wealth and as a precaution take away their passports. I would call this an excess liberal billionaires tax or better yet an extension of the death tax to billionaires. When you get a billion of your own, govt declares you legally dead and taxes the assets at the death tax rate. Now watch Warren and corzine squeal.
