Was that me? I forgot. I did take fish oil pills, which made my burps smell fishy, but now I'm just taking flax seed oil for my omega-3.

MY father in law swears by cod liver oil.

I take some of those cod liver oil capsules plus a regular fish oil capsule. If I take them before or after a meal, I never taste fish oil.

LindyBill,

So check the amount of Omega-3's in your oil and make sure you take enough to get 1500mg of EPA/DHA a day if you don't have heart disease, 2000mg a day if you do.

Dr. Sears recommends 2.5g of EPA/DHA for healthy individuals, 5 to 10 mg for people who are already suffering from conditions such as heart disease and many others.
