Sorry you don't believe what you read here. There isn't a week that goes by without another study proving how valuable Vitamin D is. Seems like there is nothing it can't do. :>)

OTOH, the over rated value of Vitamin C went out when Pauling went out. He thought it was going to be what D is proving out to be.

Please don't believe in vitamin 'D' as much as taking large amounts of 'C' powder every 8 hours. ( 3 grams as often as possible.)

I think you are right about every 8 hours part (or at least twice a day), but the maximum amount body absorbs is apparently only 500mg under normal circumstances, more if body is under stress.
