During a brief period of time, called demographic window it works. There are more young people working than old and children.

Once his demographic window slides, more older drawing and less young putting in, the system collapses. This is the first time it is happening.

There are two types of drains:

One, experienced by me, when I worked to cover the lots of existing children in Brazil.

Another started in Europe and Japan where the younger are no working to cover for the lots of older people.

My daughter - 12 and half now- will do an Abuelita. She will leave on a Brazil where the majority are working productively, her offspring, will get the task to cover for the older Brazilian of that time.

Although not having the knowledge nor the experience I do now, I was luck -at 23 years old- to discover that social security and retirement can't work in a world where there's more people drawing than putting in.

Therefore I proceed to save and avoid paying huge taxes, and working hard abroad in all those countries I normally am.

Told my daughter: You study something that you can make a living of it. Expect no help once out of school.

I did that because usually the young people try to live off their parents and go for professions for that there is no market for.

Canadian TV chanel to display local talent and contents.

"I think as Canadians there is a bit of a tiredness in seeing all American stuff," Shaun Donnelly, president of Real Productions, said during an interview on Friday.

"There is always that thrill for something that is local and you get the sense that these are people you can meet at the supermarket."

What this man did wrong. Retired and instead of make an interim arrangement, see how things would develop in his new life as a retiree, he bought a 5 bed room house.

Why he and his wife needed a 5-bedroom house for? I think he wants to store money and let that money stored in the house grow.

He goes work for the philatelic hobby instead of working with something that was more than occupying his free time, which in a downturn or if things got wrong, he could sell that skill in the market.
Then as wife dies, he made a second mistake and bought a seond house. Now he is movign to an apartment.

Had he, bid his time moving to the apartment with his wife as he retired, and then keep cash and diversify, he would be in a better position today. Now he is going to the aprtment AFTER have lost everything.
