Dear Judge Lynch:

I write to request an extension of time, to and including Wednesday, August 13, 2008 within which the parties may comply with the order dated 23 July 2008, ordering the parties to submit appropriate proposed orders regarding Altomare's pledge of various assets to the SEC, restraining Altomare from alienating any remaining assets, and authorizing the inspection and creation of a videotaped inventory of Altomare's properties and assets. The very brief extension of time will not prejudice any of the parties to this action.

The request is based upon for the overly burdensome litigation schedule that has caused a backlog for both SEC counsel and undersigned counsel.

SEC counsel, Leslie Hughes, informed my office that the SEC has no objection to the requested extension.

As always, it is a privilege to serve this Court.

Respectfully submitted,

Tifford && Tifford, P.A.
By: Arthur W. Tifford.
