Yes... I'd say that little top in the middle between your "III" and "(IV)" maybe was in fact "3". To my eye that looks more likely, fwiw.

47.40 should be Substantial R on the QQQQ's .. over that and it may continue to the Horizontal Cardinal Left side of the SQ.
