OK, there was some minsucule entitlement program, that most likely was not called an entitlement program. and I get accused of nit picking... also ,tim,what is to keep entitlement reform from being the proper financing of entitlement programs through higher taxes and tarrifs. I wouldn't call just increasing taxes "entitlement reform", so its partially a definitional issue. But more importantly there is the simple fact that we can't afford to raise taxes that much.
