I wish that for once, one of these betrayed political wives(that goes too for those Republicans whose husbands grope young male pages), would NOT stand by her man..Hold a press conference rejecting and denouncing the affair, him and all the hypocrisy he stands for....bet she'd be carried into the streets on the shoulders of men and women cheering her on..... Maureen Dowd's column today helped shift my view here..yeah, I can understand the vulnerability John must have felt, yes, yes but he was also lying to the American people and the Democratic party who'd be in shambles right now if he were the nominee...
