Interesting, REIT still in a 33 year uptrend despite the correction.

The chart would indicate there is the potential for more downside short term though, so I would not get all excited yet.

There is a important change coming in 2015 when the bulk of the baby boomer start to retire and they start to more out of houses and get into condo or more to less expensive places to retire in.

Las Vegas used to be a place to retire in the 70's due to the low cost of living. It has not been that way the last decade due to the real estate bubble.
