I stopped by the store on the way home from church yesterday and they had Boulder Italian Sausage on sale. I bot 2 pounds of it in links. I've had this before, but not often, as I prefer the 1 pound "loaf" of loose sausage when I make spaghetti. But these links make a fabulous sandwich on the grill. I Food Saver'd these for now, but will grill some later this week. Will let you know how this goes.

Have you ever had British Bangers? I bought some at the store yesterday, but I'm not quite sure what to do with them.

Was thinking of grilling them and serving with mustard. pickles and hash browns.
