Huh? I didn't make it out to be a panacea. I just posted the article. It's a great invention and it likely will make a difference in closing the gap between fossil fuels and solar. My main point, though, was to prove yet once again that the best approach is one that combines a partnership between government, universities, and industry. Unlike you folks, I believe the government has been and can continue to be a boon to industry, if it is deployed appropriately.
