The question is totally off point and meaningless in the context of the conversation we have been having.

But if you want to change the topic, fine -

I can't think of any major modern infrastructure build in the US that didn't involve government at all. Government pokes its nose in to everything. You somehow seem to think that the fact that it does do this, is an argument for having it do it, but that's a rather bizarre argument.
