AJ and OJ can lower cholesterol drastically for some reason. They are more effective than apples and oranges for some reason. This info is anecdotal.. although there are supportive studies with regard to OJ. It may be the potassium as OJ is an efficient potassium delivery system.

I squeeze my own fresh OJ almost every morning.

I love it, too, but haven't had it in years. How do you see that as nutritionally preferable to an ounce of sugar and a vitamin C pill?
