I dunno.
I don't count calories or watch sugar. I eat as many fruits and veggies as I want, and I count fresh squeezed pulpy juices as fruit.

And that bottom part "researchers keep discovering micronutrients"- yup- it's like that. If you eat as many fruits and veggies as you want to, and a little meat and a little whole grain I don't see how anyone could not be healthy. It's the chips, and the sodas (diet and regular), and the cakes and cookies and ice cream and burgers and fries and donuts and candy that makes people sick. No one is going to get fat on fruits and veggies. I suspect most people have a lot more to worry about than the calories from drinking fresh OJ.
