If they are riding bikes to work in the rain, they're not that prosperous a country regardless of what statistics say.

Of course you don't. You'd hate that kinda life if you had to live it.

Remember when Chinese cities were filled with bicycles? Do you think they're richer now or back then? Do they consider those the good old days?
