He's 85 and still has to work? That's incredible for someone who has basically lived a version of the American Dream. He should have at least 10 million in investments, at LEAST 10 million.

Sounds like a viatical settlement.......Trump wants some Primo Beverly Hills real estate, and found a way to buy at a short aale. Not bad.....wish I'd thought of it.
