Taking out OEX 601 and SPX 1302 would make the decline since Aug 11 look like a consolidation, with a potentially meaningful bullish potential. On INDU that level is 11717. So, it seems like bears have a clear line in the sand.

The support lines since the July low have been broken. Aug 13 lows were taken out today on an intraday basis... so, it looks like in the short term we have a lower high and a lower low.

Bulls may still rally and make lemonade.... but for now it looks like they may have lost the initiative.
