Great job! 2.5 a week is a perfect target. Diets that cause you to lose to fast will invariably fail and you will gain it all back. 2.5 is perfect.

Did my weekly check at Kaiser. I gained from 238.9 from 239.3. OUCH!! I can only put it down to increase in water retention. BP was 123/78. Very discouraging because I walked in feeling slimmer.

I will continue to follow the same diet this week. I just tried making Iced Green tea and I like it much better than the standard Lipton. But much more expensive. I will have to find a bulk purchase on it. Lower in caffine than Lipton, I believe.
