I have constantly pushed softgels here, John. Best buy is usually online. Take your pick from the best total of price and delivery here. google.com I take 6000IU a day, total of 3 2000IU softgels. Last blood test I was at an "80" count and I dropped it to that from 8000IU. Anything over 50 blood count is good, and under 150 considered "safe." I don't think there is any worry on the upper limit. But testing is a good way to go to find out where you are.
