Have you bought their HiDefinition version. I have an offer to buy the unit and lifetime service for $600. I think it is worth it. The new unit (I currently own an old one) can tape two things at once, not that I ever see two things I'd watch at the same time. Comcast's DVR which I have for my home theatre is really primitive. MP
